Our Business Model
fuseproject was built upon the notion that brand and product are inextricably linked, and our earliest client work was focused on bringing this to bear for some of the world's best-known companies. We're happy to say that many of these relationships continue to thrive via Strategic Engagement programs. While it's easy to qualify Strategic Engagements as "traditional consulting gigs", we've worked with a variety of large companies in both project and retainer-based engagements to push the boundaries of what would normally be delivered, focusing instead on "moving the brand needle" in evolving current experiences and building new businesses.
Of particular importance in these engagements is a careful attention to corporate structure and methodology: we must ensure that the work we do can be culturalized and activated in an efficient manner. As such, we collaborate across client-side strategy, research, marketing, design, engineering, operations, distribution and sales teams to craft innovative solutions that perform well in the marketplace, and inside corporate organizational structure as well.
All that said, we would never call ourselves yes-men (or yes-women). We're here to disrupt markets and build new experiences, and we tend to be a little pushy. If that makes some folks uncomfortable, we're OK with it. So far, our clients are OK with it too.
