Circular economy: designing with wood waste

Forust’s high-speed 3D printing technology offers architects, designers, and manufacturers a new path to producing luxurious custom wood pieces for home decor, interiors, transportation, and architectural design. What’s exciting is the ability to design new geometries and quality unavailable from subtractive wood manufacturing, all the while with a superior environmental footprint.

Forust tapped fuseproject to design the very first exclusive collection of home goods—Vine—made of wood waste that’s been re-materialized using their high-speed 3D printing process.

The beautiful set of home goods is available on Forust’s website and includes four beautiful artifacts: a vessel, bowl, basket, and tray.
